  • Will I be able to earn money by joining a Racing Club or purchasing a Connect Premier Share?
    It is certainly not impossible to achieve a financial return, but it is quite rare. Joining a Racing Club or Connect Premier offers numerous benefits and can be a experience, but anticipating profit is unrealistic.
  • What extra expenses should I anticipate?
    We assure you that there will be no extra costs involved. The initial payment you make covers everything for the specified period. We take pride in our history and that of our partners of providing excellent value for a fantastic experience, and a crucial aspect of that is having full transparency of costs from the beginning.
  • What are the odds of receiving an Owners Badge if I participate in one of the Racing Clubs or buy a Connect Premier Share?
    There is no guarantee that you will receive an owner's badge, as various factors can influence your availability and the number of badges available. However, since we maintain a significantly lower number of participants compared to typical micro-share companies, your chances are much better than you might anticipate.
  • Can I purchase a membership or Connect Premier as a gift?
    We frequently issue gift memberships, and a Racing Club membership is an ideal present for any racing enthusiast. If you're purchasing it as a gift, please inform us so we can customise the and make the gift truly special.
  • How many members will be part of the various Racing Clubs or Connect Premier?
    The membership count for each Racing Club will differ, but you can find this information on the Racing Club's information page. Connect Premier has a limit of 100 members per horse, though the actual number is often lower since some members buy multiple shares from the available 100.
  • What can I expect to receive after joining?
    All new members of the Racing Club or purchasers of Connect Premier will receive a digital welcome pack. This pack includes a member/owner certificate, photos of your horse(s), and a summary of your benefits, trainer, and horse(s). Certain Racing Clubs may also provide extra information by mail, which will be specified on each club's information page.
  • How can I stay informed about my horses' progress?
    Our app is updated daily with the latest news about horses. You'll find information on well-being, running plans, training updates, as well as videos and pictures. Plus, there are plenty of opportunities to ask about your horses' progress.
  • Are flexible payment options available?
    You can choose from several payment methods through our provider, Stripe. Options include Klarna, Apple Pay, Clear Pay, and Revolut, with some offering flexible payment plans. We do not impose any extra fees for using these services.
  • What occurs at the conclusion of the period for my Racing Club or Connect Premier?
    You can choose to extend or opt out. You are not bound by any ongoing obligations. Any ongoing expenses may be alleviated by the prize money earned by your horses.
